1. When do you see house calls?
   
   Our business is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays we are closed. We see patients by appointment only.
   
   
2. Do I need to have an appointment?
   
   Yes, patients are seen by appointment.
   
   
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
   
   Cash, Check, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa.
   
   
4. Can I make payments?
   
   Payment is required at the time of service.
   
   
5. Do you groom pets?
   
   No, but we recommend BoneJour in Barrington. 

House call visits do have limitations. We cannot take radiographs or do surgery in your home. We perform complete physical exams and strive to answer your every question. We can do our job wherever your pet is the most comfortable - inside or outside. Laboratory samples are submitted to a reference lab and most results are available next day. We also utilize university laboratories and other private services to help solve your pet's problem. If your pet requires surgery or xrays Dr. Duke will make arrangements to do so at a nearby clinic.
